Product Overview

Regenerative combustion RCO equipment is a high-efficiency VOCs purification equipment independently developed by Tiandeyi. The first step is the adsorption of VOCs molecules by the catalyst, which increases the concentration of reactants, and the second step is the catalytic oxidation stage to reduce the activation energy of the reaction and increase the reaction rate. With the help of catalyst, organic waste gas can undergo anaerobic combustion at a lower light-off temperature, decompose into CO ₂ and H ₂ O, releasing a large amount of heat. Compared with direct combustion, it has the characteristics of low light-off temperature and low energy consumption. In some cases, no external heating is required after reaching the light-off temperature, and the reaction temperature is 250-400 °C.
