1. Pretreatment: The mixed exhaust gas first passes through the pretreatment device to initially purify the large particles and industrial oil mist in the exhaust gas to remove the gaseous particles in the exhaust gas and prepare for entering the rear-end adsorption section.
2. Adsorption purification: The pretreated waste gas is mainly composed of VOCs, which enters the high-efficiency adsorption tank. Professional adsorbent passivation technology is used to achieve high-efficiency and high-volume adsorption of solvent macromolecular organic matter, and the purified gas is discharged up to standard.
3. Efficient desorption: After the organic matter in the adsorption tank is saturated, saturated steam is used to desorb it. Under the catalytic action of a customized azeotropic stripping agent, high-boiling solvent VOCs (boiling point about 200 °C) can be achieved at about 100 °C. Efficient desorption is achieved, and the organic solvent enters the back-end condensation section together with the water vapor.
4. Condensation recovery: After the solvent and water vapor enter the tubular multi-thread condensation equipment together, gas-liquid cold and heat exchange is realized under the action of circulating cooling water. The solvent vapor and water vapor are gradually converted into liquid phase and flow into the intelligent separation equipment at the back end.
5. Separation and purification: After the solvent and aqueous solution are mixed into the separation equipment, the water phase and oil phase are separately collected and reused through refined layered purification technology.
6. The desorbed adsorption tank is dehumidified and dried through high-temperature air with gradually changing air volume, regaining excellent adsorption performance and preparing for the next round of adsorption purification. At this point, the high-efficiency adsorption tank completes the complete working cycle of adsorption-desorption.
