The chemical fiber oil fume purification tower is an environmentally friendly purification equipment specially developed by our company in view of the characteristics of high water solubility, high gas temperature and large gas volume of oil fume particles in the chemical fiber industry. It adopts a brand-new design principle of gas-liquid dual-phase reverse contact absorption, and places a patented design of non-stop maintenance and replacement nozzle. Cooperate with safety devices such as emergency pressure relief valves, equipment temperature sensors, and equipment pressure differential energy to ensure high purification efficiency of oil fume while eliminating potential safety hazards.

1. Safety: For flammable and high-temperature oil fume exhaust gas, a water-washing purification device is adopted with a built-in water seal function to completely eliminate the fire risk of the system; 
2. High efficiency: Patented gas-liquid contact form, liquid droplets can effectively wrap oil fume particles in the exhaust gas and fall to the bottom of the tower with gravity, efficiently removing oil mist particles and some non-methane total hydrocarbons in the exhaust gas; 
3. Simple: The patented technology of replacing the nozzle without stopping the machine can quickly replace and maintain the nozzle without affecting the normal operation of the equipment, preventing personnel from entering confined spaces to work, and reducing the impact of system shutdown and maintenance and potential safety hazards when personnel enter the operation; 
4. Digital intelligence: Equipped with the host computer to remotely monitor the real-time working status of the equipment, it can collect and transmit data in real time, and is perfectly interconnected with the enterprise's MES and other central control systems.
